The product
Studio Health is software for studio owners and coaches to invite clients, brand a client app, write programs, store demo videos, message clients, and optionally view recovery and diet logs. The marketing site, the studio dashboard, and the client app are part of the same product.
Accounts
You must provide accurate details when you create a studio. You are responsible for the people you invite, the videos and programs you publish, and for keeping your login safe. Clients sign in with the mobile number you stored for them.
Trial and subscription
New studios start a seven-day trial after adding a card at checkout. You will not be charged until the trial ends. After that, continued access requires an active monthly subscription billed through Stripe. Pricing shown at checkout is the live price. You can manage or cancel the subscription in the Stripe customer portal.
Acceptable use
Do not use Studio Health to send spam, to store material you do not have rights to, or to provide medical diagnosis. Programs, videos, and messages are coaching tools. They are not medical advice unless you are separately qualified and choose to give it.
Health features
Health tracking reads selected metrics from the client’s device, with their permission, so a coach can see recovery context. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor disease. Turn it off in branding if it does not belong in your practice.
Availability
We aim to keep the product available, and we will not always succeed. Features can change. Data you store depends on the infrastructure described in the privacy page.
