What this covers

This page describes how the Studio Health website and product handle information. It is written for studio owners and their clients. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and we will keep it aligned with how the product actually works.

Account and studio data

Studio owners sign up with email. We store the studio name, branding, feature toggles, programs, videos you upload, messages, and billing status. Clients are invited with a display name and mobile number. That number is used to send a one-time sign-in code.

Health information

If a studio turns health tracking on, the client app can read steps, heart rate, and sleep from Apple Health or Health Connect. Studio Health does not write to those stores. This information is for coaching context. It is not a medical record we sell, and the product is not a medical device.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored in the Studio Health dashboard.

Infrastructure

Application data lives in Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage for branding assets and videos). The web apps are hosted on the deployment platform we use for Studio Health. Push notifications use Expo’s push service when a client has the app installed.

What we do not do

We do not sell client lists, programs, or health readings. We do not use client training data to advertise to them. Studio owners are responsible for the content they upload and the people they invite.

Access and questions

Owners can update studio and client records from the dashboard, and can reach Studio Health through in-app support. Clients can ask their coach to correct the details on their profile.
