AI desk · branded client app
The studio thatwrites the week for you.
Studio Health is the app builder for coaches. AI drafts programs from your library, clients train in a studio that looks like yours, and the week stops leaking out of WhatsApp.

Why studios switch
Less desk time. A branded app. Clients who still show up.

Their home screen
Your colours, your work, your thread — not another forgotten PDF.
Blank-page programming every Sunday night
A library-aware draft, then your eye on the sets
PDFs, notes apps, and a group chat that goes quiet
A branded Today screen they open before they train
A generic tracker that looks like everyone else’s
An app you designed in an afternoon, with the toggles you need
Looks like yours
Build the app they train in. Change a colour, watch the phone follow.
This is the builder: palette, logos, and the features you actually run. Health, diet, videos, booking — on only if they belong in your method. Clients never see a generic tracker.

The dashboard
One login. The whole studio.
Invite clients, keep the library full, generate or write programs, and message the room. Branding sits next to billing. Support is a thread, not a form.
- Invite with an email they can use today
- AI drafts and hand-built programs in the same workspace
- See who opened the app — then nudge from chat
What you get
Built to save time, ship an app, and hold the room.
An app you design, not a waitlist
Colours, logos, and feature switches live in branding. Clients open Studio Health and land in a studio that looks like yours — programs, videos, health, diet, booking — only the parts you actually run.
AI that writes the first pass
Describe the client and the week. Studio Health drafts from the movements you already trust, attaches demos, and leaves the sets, swaps, and send in your hands. Teach it how you write so the next draft sounds like you.
Hours back every programming day
A first draft in under a minute. Templates when the block repeats. Reviews when you need a read on progress. The desk work shrinks so coaching time does not.
A reason to open the app tomorrow
Clients do not retain on PDFs and group chats. They retain when the next session is waiting, the demo is one tap, and you can nudge the room without leaving the studio.
Programs with the details that matter
Sets, reps, time, load, and demo videos on each movement.
A library you actually use
Upload demos once, drop them onto any program.
A client app that feels like home
Today, calendar, videos, chat — branded to the studio.
Feedback after every session
Clients rate how hard it felt and tell you why.
How it works
Build the app. Draft the week. Keep the room.
01
Build their app
Name the studio, drop in logos and colours, and switch on the parts of the method you actually run. The phone preview follows as you design.
02
Let AI draft the week
Invite a client, generate a program from your library, then edit sets and videos. A first pass in minutes instead of an evening at the desk.
03
Keep them coming back
They open Today, tick the work, watch the demo, and message you in the same branded space. You coach. The spreadsheet chase stops.

Straight answers
Who is Studio Health for?+
Studio owners, personal trainers, gyms, and physio or rehab practices who want clients working in a branded app — and who would rather spend time coaching than rebuilding the week from scratch.
How does the AI actually help?+
It drafts programs from your video library, writes progress reviews, and can learn from documents you train it on. You always edit before a client sees it. Included AI is metered each month so a busy week cannot run away with cost.
Is this a white-label app I have to ship?+
No. Clients use the Studio Health app, dressed in your colours, logos, and feature set. You design the studio on the web. They get your name, palette, videos, and programs without you shipping a separate binary.
How do clients sign in?+
You save their email when you add them. They open the Studio Health app, enter that email, and receive a one-time code. Coaches sign in on the web. If a client lands on this site first, the client page in the footer has the App Store, Google Play, and a web sign-in.
What happens after the trial?+
Start a seven-day trial with no card. You get two AI program drafts and up to 10 active clients. Add a card to generate more and to keep the studio open after the seven days. After that, Studio Lite is $19.99 a month for 50 active clients. Studio Plus is $89.99 a month: the same product, 200 active clients, and five times more AI. You can manage or cancel from Billing in the studio, and you can enter a promo code at checkout. Larger groups can use the enterprise form on the pricing page.
